Herd Health

We just finished random testing for CAE, CL, & Johnes in Jan, 09. I am happy to report all were negative! At the buyers expense we will be happy to test any goats we sell. A happy & healthy herd is our first priority! We worm twice a year, feet are trimmed every 6 to 8 weeks, clean water & fresh hay are provided everyday.

Copper boluses are also given twice a year we usually do this when we worm. Goats need alot of copper to maintain good health, a shiny coat & resistance to parasites. A goat mineral block is also provided all year round. All goats get the annual CD& T shot. Most importantly we spoil all of our animals rotten!!!
